Do you have an appointment cancelation policy?

Please give our staff 24-hour notice if you will be unable to attend your appointment.


Are all of my sessions confidential?

Yes, we are obligated by law to remain confidential in all things related to your therapy. The only exception to this rule, as mandated reporters to report anything that would constitute endangerment of a child.


What do I do if I have a cudo or complaint concerning a Still Waters staff member?

Your opinion matters to us! It is important for us to be notified and aware of how we and our staff are performing. We have an open door policy for you to register any cudos or complaints about any Still Waters employee.
