Still Waters got its name from the 23 Psalm.

The main idea is the metaphor of life and the storms that we all go through from time to time. At Still Waters, it is our goal to be instruments in empowering others to bring peace and healing into their lives.
Still Waters Professional Counseling, Inc. was founded in 2008.
Still Waters started off in a basement office in Thomson, GA, and was manned by just LeAnn Jean and one intern. After several moves the office landed on Hall St.
The business grew very quickly which ultimately resulted in a need for a more centrally located office resulted in a move to a larger building located on Gordon Hwy. in Augusta, Georgia.
The need for space to accommodated our ever-growing staff and to service our large individual client base prompted us to move to our current location, 3711 Executive Center Dr. Augusta, GA 30907 in 2015.
To keep in line with our goal to grow expand services to better serve Georgia, in 2024, Still Waters added a new location in Macon Georgia, located at 640 Plum St. Units 202 & 203, Macon, GA 31201.
